Public Art

We have had the privilage of being part of over 20 projects putting art in unique neighborhoods and sharing unique cultural images, traditions, and stories.

A recent associate of ours, Roxanna Corral, who works for Pesek Law recently wrote:

“Through their artistic endeavors, they have recognized and showcased the distinctiveness of different communities in the Omaha region, fostering a sense of belonging and pride. These vibrant and thought-provoking murals have not only beautified our city’s landscape but have also served as a catalyst for dialogue, understanding, and unity among diverse groups of people.”

To learn more about our community murals including maps of their symbols, and who participated in creating them go to

or watch a 6 min documentary about us on Nebraska Stories, created by Nebraska Public Television.

You can also watch this video about our Starseed Mural on the Ardent Mills Grain Silo. The Starseeds Mural Project was designed by Sarah Rowe is led by Art + Infrastructure, facilitated by Omaha by Design, in partnership with Ardent Mills, owner of the silos, with generous funding from the Faith Foundation..

Below are projects we have done for the community both in South Omaha and elsewhere.

"A major benefit of this teams’ artwork is the historical content that is carefully researched and depicted. Their work provides both beauty to behold and an illustrated story to tell. I am thrilled to have another work of exception public art to use as a “living text book” from which to teach my students the history of our visual culture in the city of Omaha."
